Give every new member 5 Free credits
Give every member a present on their birthday.
Not bring out recolors of old rares, But instead only like once a year bring an old rare OR a new rare into the catalouge.
At christmas send every habbo a little something.
Try to do as little competitions as possible. ( So Super rares will "Remain" Super"
Ip ban anyone for racism - hacking.Thats about it for now i think. :p

That's likely to be because you don't want your rares to reduce in price which is selfish - you want something in your property to keep it's value rather than others getting the rare and it dropping rarely, at least a HC for every 50 given out...
