Nelly. Quoting the whoole post is annoying and unnessessery.

Cons:
The yellow boxes are boo bright, and too crude.
The black lines around them are too thick, and too obvious, as well as being varied sizes.
Nothing is aligned.
Your renders are terrible (pictures not cut out well)
No banner as such.
No corporate identity.

Anyway. I would surgest looking on DeviantArt for a design you like. Then, you take a screenshot. You then paste that in photoshop or paint. you get the erarser, and scribble loads of 1 px lines on it.

You then make your own with your own style from the colours on the other layout. Remember to align!

The scribble is so that your not tempted to copy ANY parts.

If you are struggling to align in paint, fill the screen with the colour that you want your boxes to be, and using the SHIFT key and eraser, take away the background so your left with aligned boxes

The server pictures in the boxes on the left look like they have been rubbed out in paint.

Mate, start again this time use Photoshop, Paint shop Pro or someting else but paint.
Make sure you align it and make the border lines thiner

Sorry but i would never buy that, The Servers(Well thats what i presume they are) are just cut out on paint and then with all those marks etc. Id talk to Joe as hes said and he will help you alot. But good luck in the future on your layouts.
