My personal tip: Dont have a super rare unless you have a petal floor and holly wall with decent rares to go with it. :)

Yeah more seating needed. Also, try adding a few stacked norms, and maybe parasols, nellies, birdbaths, dragons etc.

I'd personally suggest you sell the typo for smaller rare and maybe make it a t sofa casino?

Yes, sell the typo for the maj + t-sofas. Also I don't think I like the mode. :s But its ok 7/10.
