Ok sorry for the bump its not empty i isntalled lampp on it so it has all its services and your really starting to annory me about this!

Ok first off lampp sucks, unless you secure it then its got loads of security holes. Lampp is NOT ment to be used in a real environment its only suppose to be used in a development environment. Also Lampp loads about every crapping module there is for apache so it uses loads of memory. I recommend you scrap lampp and do this:
- Install lighttpd
- Install mysql
- Download the source for php and compile it with fastcgi and mysql support.
- Edit the configuration for lighttpd so it works with PHP.
/\ Thats what I use for my none cPanel sever.
