Both sites are illegal anyway because you have to purchase a licence to stream Copyrighted music online which I highy doubt either site will have.

Yes they may of done it before ThinkHabbo but we didnt do it straight after them and we didnt look on their site to get the idea. We know ClubHabbo copied us because they always do exactly the same thing a couple of weeks later.

Anyway, sites copy each other all the time, ill have you know i was inspired by a site named Habbolive.net on the 'stats' console style background.

The Lottery was on my old site Habboparty.com, which was unfortunatly taken over, and would have been around today if it hadnt been, and was a weekly FREE Lotto, and was done by Habbox and many sites, therefore isnt known from a site.

The ClubHabbo Idol x factor whatever, was first done 2 months ago, when thinkhabbo didnt have an issue with us, for referance click this link: http://www.clubhabbo.net/updates/update002.html and look at the Date, its the 2nd update i posted when we had our 2nd layout, people can back me up on this.

The staff panel wasnt copied off thinkhabbo, nkay sent is us when we were friends :)

The ClubHabbo drop-in is NOT a council, we can rename it to the ClubHabbo Helpdesk if it keeps you happy, as thats what it is.. Just that we named it the drop-in in the theme that the Fansite drop-in, owned by CALLIE not Nkay. was for fansites and clubhabbo is a fansite.

The Room adverts page was made by myself, and the images were taken from the navigator, not thinkhabbo.. Come on please, i can do stuff myself you know, anyway Yours dont have screenshots of the rooms, ours do.

I admit, the uploader was Inspired by thinkhabbo, but shouldnt you be thankful that your work is being admired, and developed on?

As for the extending iframes jason, i remember Olii the owner of Bobblefm.co.uk sending me the code for them, and bobblefm was around before thinkhabbos current new layout.

i thought html code and php coding is open source, therefore unless encrypted how can you be fined for it? Also php files are executed on the server, so you cannot get the actual php file from the source as you only get the "client side" of it.

If the thread that had NKay swearing and getting ratty wasn't closed and removed, I would quote every last post he swore and got bratty in. Personally, I would rather listen to no site, but if I had to choose, I would pick ClubHabbo. I have noticed over the past few months that ThinkHabbo has always been at riots in Hallway 1, not sure if they are apart of these stupid riots, or are just getting loads of listeners, but it is still pretty sad "/ The one thing they do not do is stop riots.

I also hate owners of websites who have to get bratty and swear alot to get their own way, it shows how pathetic the website must be if the owner is a swearing little whiner.

I also dislike the amount of advertising ThinkHabbo does, I am sure most of their listeners are no older than 14. They flood rooms and consoles for some strange reason... Surely ThinkHabbo must be desperate if they brain wash their listeners to advertise in such a way. Sure you can say they are just advertising their favourite Habbo Radio, but is it really necessary and I don't see loads and loads of people advertising other fansites...

I'm not particularly in favour of any site, and am not going to spend my life reading the whole of this thread yet, but what I will say is the following:

Of the points mentioned in the first post, none of those ideas were originial. HabboDown had a "council" long before ThinkHabbo did. The console themed radio stats. HabboFM beat you to it. Layouts... whipdeedoo! iFrames are no special invention. If you had sense you'd move away from this tables and iFrames fantasy that seems to be taking the Habbo fansites by storm. Be original, and then it's clear to see who copies.

Luckily, ClubHabbo haven't as yet (or have they?) chucked a DJ on air while he is drunk! Being drunk isn't an excuse for swearing either. Oh, and some of the DJs need checking on, your highness. I'm not naming any names, but I know of one DJ who found out a MOD was listening, and started squealing things on air, such as the following:

"Omg, hiya MOD-X!1!!!"
"Omg, I can't believe MOD-X is listening to ThinkHabbo! This is sooooo cool!"
"Omg, this is one of the best DJing things ever!!11!"
"Could you do me a big favour, if you're still listening MOD-X, and send a hotel alert out to get people listening? It would mean soooooo much."

Yeah, that's just to name a few of the things.

Oh, and about the layout thing... ClubHabbo have had a new layout planned before ThinkHabbo unveiled their "secret" layout. I do not visit either site regularly, but I was aware ClubHabbo was preparing a new layout.

Enough of the "he copied" me childish behavior. Grow up, and if you think your site is professional, then show it. Don't start pointing fingers, and don't pull a hissyfit. If there is something truly original about your site, people will recognise it when other sites use it, and accuse them of copying. However, as I already said, the points posted in the opening post had already been used by other sites.

If after reading the whole thread it hits another nerve, I'll type another rant. I just think it's worth pointing out that ThinkHabbo is not an Official Fansite, thus does not constitute as Habbo UK News & Rumours.

Yeah, that's just to name a few of the things.

Oh, and about the layout thing... ClubHabbo have had a new layout planned before ThinkHabbo unveiled their "secret" layout. I do not visit either site regularly, but I was aware ClubHabbo was preparing a new layout.

Enough of the "he copied" me childish behavior. Grow up, and if you think your site is professional, then show it. Don't start pointing fingers, and don't pull a hissyfit. If there is something truly original about your site, people will recognise it when other sites use it, and accuse them of copying. However, as I already said, the points posted in the opening post had already been used by other sites.

If after reading the whole thread it hits another nerve, I'll type another rant. I just think it's worth pointing out that ThinkHabbo is not an Official Fansite, thus does not constitute as Habbo UK News & Rumours.

Exactly. And I forgot to mention that both layouts are quite broken and buggy. I've not tried them in IE, but in Firefox (which is used by a large amount of Habbo users) there are very bad navigation problems, with content not displaying properly.

I'm not particularly in favour of any site, and am not going to spend my life reading the whole of this thread yet, but what I will say is the following:

Of the points mentioned in the first post, none of those ideas were originial. HabboDown had a "council" long before ThinkHabbo did. The console themed radio stats. HabboFM beat you to it. Layouts... whipdeedoo! iFrames are no special invention. If you had sense you'd move away from this tables and iFrames fantasy that seems to be taking the Habbo fansites by storm. Be original, and then it's clear to see who copies.

Both sites are illegal anyway because you have to purchase a licence to stream Copyrighted music online which I highy doubt either site will have.
