It isn't 78 as many level 40-70 go there.
What world has mostly 80+

World 2? Its most pacted worl for cw's trading etc.

The best world changes...constantly.

It changes every hour or so, depends how many noobs join that world.

You will get a good world with levels 100+ then level 50's will come making all the level 100's change world
Maybe hang about in a good world with 100+ for couple of days and see if they go pc alot, add them but dont talk to them and just see what world they go too

it is easier to just join a pc clan. I personally am in a 90+ clan called affliction, and there are others for 70+, 85+, 100+, etc. this way, you will always be in a good world with people who know how to play. Yeah it changes everyday, but if u go on the runescape forums and look on mini games people make little clan things to go and do pres control, some teams have a few hundred people. :D XXX
