vBulletin Skins

[Impossible]

I know this should be in forum designing but no one looks there except a couple of larry loners..

How do i upload vbulletin skins, or preferrably could a trusted member upload for me?

I downloaded it from vbulletin.org but i am stuck on how to upload it =[

Ask on the official vBulletin forum so they can make sure the vBulletin Forum is legal, then one of the members who knows lots about skins will probably guide you.

upload the files to your host.
Log into admincp
Go to styles and skins
upload both the skin.xml and the imagesofskin.xml file where requested should work then
