ok

i have a kind of bad diet because i eat a lot of junk food

i am 13 years old, 5'7" and 160lbs

i hear a lot that i am a fatty but if you see me irl you will know i am just a bit

it gets on my nerves when people in school call me fat

when people do that, it makes me wanna punch them and beat them up

i am the best wrestler in my grade and i always have been so i know i wont lose the fight

what should i do when people call me fat? next tim i get in a fight im getting expelled =(

Call them a little anorexic(sp?)..

Or say I'm gonna proove you watch, then beat them up after school or something.

I do this loads - im 14 today, and im around your weight (168 lbs)
but - I am 5ft 10-11, so that make a bit of difference, + if you're saying you're a wrestler, muscle does weigh more than fat you know :D

I'm a fairly big lad, 15 5ft 10 ish and 175lbs, and my favourite line for whenever sombody called me fat was 'Don't make me sit on you!' or 'I had a larger breakfast than you kid, don't even try to stat a fight.'

In short: Don't let it get to you, admit your a bit big and although you dont like it (i dont think anybody does) make jokes at yourself, who will call you fat when you already call yourself fat? Nobody because they know it wont offend you.

You tell them your happy with your weight and your body, and you don't give a damn what the hell they think because their nothing but low lives that obviously have nothing better to do with their time than eye your body up. ;]

You say you're a good wrestler so I'm wondering if rather then being fat you're "Bulky" which looks fat in baggy clothes, remember that Muscles heavier then fat :)

No matter how much it upsets you don't let them know, don't let them get a rise from it, laugh as well and you make a joke about it as well, make them think you don't care, and they wont either, Let them know you love urself the way you are, everyone is different and no matter what size you are you have the right to a happy life.

Say its not fat its muscle lol.
Or loose it, if you're a wrestler, you need to be fit, so eat less, eat healthy, and exercise, if you gonna snack have fruit or veg.

Dude, you can't be that bad. I'm female, 5ft 7 and 130 pounds and I'm UK girly dress size 8-10. You're only 30 pounds heavier, but boys are heavier anyway 'cause they have a greater muscle:fat ratio and shiz. So you're not huge, maybe a little larger than normal. Try working out your Body Mass Index to find out if you are *actually* overweight (http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx).

Anyway, if you are happy with your appearance simply go along with the joke and admit you're a little larger than the others. If you don't like it, try going on a diet; I eat NOTHING but junk food (seriously, I can't stand fruit and the only vegetable I eat is sweetcorn) but I limit my intake to 1000 calories a day at an absolute maximum. Take moderate amounts of exercise; just try 20 situps a night or do 30 bicep curls with each arm whilst you're sitting at the computer. It's amazing the difference it'll make after a couple of weeks. If you have a problem with just eating crap in the way it affects your skin, just make sure you drink LOTS of water. Good luck!
