i am making back ups of my dvd collection but i am haviing problems finding the right software. I used xilisoft dvd ripper platinum full version but when i copied the files to my ipod they kept freezing and were jerky can anyone help??? + rep to all good comments

its not its illegal to make backups of your dvds just not to disitribute them

I use Magic DVD Ripper, its very easy to use.

If you want videos on your iPod you need to convert them to .mp4 files.

Try highing the bit rate or the frames per second rate. If not play it a few times and it should work. If not STILL get a smaller or differant or compressed version. ;)

OMG its not illegal its pefectly good, i am just making back ups of my dvds i am NOT selling them or re distributing them ITS legal GET OVER IT
