Check out the Find out your BMI thread :) Thats a really good way of finding out how much you need to loose and stuff :D

K, while i was at London i took this test where it tells you how much body fat you have ETC. I'll copy it all out for you.

Weight = 9Sto 3.4lb/58.7kg
Height = 5Ft7.7In/172CM
Fat Index = 11.8%
Fat Mass = 1st 1.2lb/6.9kg
Free Fat Mass = 8St2.2lb/51.8kg
Age And Gender = 13 & Male

Your Normal Weight Is Between:
59.2 kg - 73.7kg
9st4.5lb-11st8.4

Your Current BMI Is = 19.8kg/m3. The Normal BMI Value Is Between 20 and 24.9

Normal Fat Index = 14-20%
Normal Fat Mass = 8.4-13.0 kg or 1st4.5lb-2st0.6lb
