I take it you tried copying and pasting from your song libary in itunes?

I have no experience with itunes so i dont know if this will work,

Try right clicking the song on the libary and then go to propertys and look for a link/location were you will find it on your computer.

Copy and paste that link into the run box (found on start menu) removing the file name.

Then a folder should come up with all your music.

If this doesnt work i dont know sorry, no experience with itunes

When putting music onto my MP3, I enter the iTunes file, and there are no songs.

Move your “iTunes Music” folder to its new location. (The default location of this folder is /Users/YourUserName/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music.)
Launch iTunes, and click iTunes -> Preferences.
Click the Advanced icon at the top of the preferences pane.
Click the Change button, and choose the new location of your iTunes library.
Make sure the checkbox labeled “Keep iTunes Music folder organized” is checked.
Make sure the checkbox labeled “Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library” is checked.
Click OK to close the preferences pane.
Click Advanced -> Consolidate Library…
Wait for the consolidation to finish, and your library should be in the new location.
Per Apple: “After the folder has been copied, locate your original iTunes Music folder, and drag it to the Trash or Recycle Bin. Note: Don’t remove the iTunes 4 Music Library files that may be in the same location as the iTunes Music folder.”

If it did/didn't it wouldn't really matter because if it doesn't stay in iTunes you can always add it too your library again from the new location.

Are these songs in MP3 format or MP4? If they are in MP4 then thats your problem, mediasource cant put on MP4.

Right click the songs you want and click "convert to mp3" (if you dont see that option, get the lastest version of iTunes) Once the conversion is done, right click on the MP3 version of the file and see where it is (probably the iTunes Folder) and import your songs to media source

I know this because I have had to convert iTunes songs to my zen micro mediasource too
