I read your other thread.. That's happened to me a couple of time's last year waking up with blood surrounding me I used to constaly get nose bleeds. This one time this wierd long black clump of blood came out my nose like a foot long kind of freaked me out.. I never went to the doctors though and it sorted it self out and I hardly ever get nose bleeds no more.

i had that last year. if you spend alot of time on the pc, odds are it's reptitive strain injury. it makes your nerves go a bit dodgy, so your hand shakes.
