Looking For a decent template - Paying 10hc (Or more)

Ok im desperate now, i need a decent coded template for a radio site.
I would like it smallish, no bigger than the template on www.habbar.com
Specifications:
4 Links In the navigation bar.
Content box.
Banner.
Sidebar that a small wmp radio would fit on and stats.
Copyright bar at the bottom.
For fast / excellent templates i am willing to pay up to 20hc.

Either you've stole that layout or somebodys stole that layout from you and changed the banner because its on www.habbolox.com (http://www.habbolox.com)
