My dad sent me a 350$CAN postal order. I went to the bank to change it. The lady said she had to put it in my account, then she'd remove it from my account and give me the 350$ since I wanted it as ready cash. I waited, then she gave me the 350$. Like a week later, I wanted to do something on my account. I discovered I had 350$! The girl didn't remove it from my account and she gave me it! Woot. Now I don't know what to do. If I use it, maybe they'll find out and I'll have to pay, but I won't have it. But maybe they won't find out :o

Help me.

That's most well known as "theft", however, I'm not sure about bank laws.. however, I wouldn't risk it. Stealing from the bank is never something good to have on your criminal record. I'd say it's probably in your best interest to return the money, legally, and morally.

spend it, but i'm a reckless kind of person anyway. so if you get prosecuted rofl. i dont think the excuse that "hxf users told me to spend it" will you get you anywhere in court.

Peeps I'm only 15, they won't sue me lol.

I believe they'll only ask me to give the money back + interests if they find out.
