basic layout really like a portfolia one ill moke up and example if anyone will do it.
not sliced or coded..

he has no money on paypal becuase he takes ur money then puts it in his bank account and dosent give u wot u payed for. I payed him 4.00 for 1month shoutcast reseller and he nicked it and paypal said if he didnt refund it his paypal account would be shut down
