Hey, I recently downloaded an upgrade for my radiopanel.com panel - a timetable. However, Ive done the first part of the readme, but step 2 tells me:
Step 2: Import timetable_sql.sql in
PhpMYadmin.

I have no clue whatsoever how to use phpMYAdmin, any help would be greatly appreciated and +rep. Also is it vital that I use phpMYAdmin, or could I just do it in some other way?

Cheers, Pat.

Open PHPmyAdmin on the left find the database your using. The at the top it should have a button/link saying 'sql' click that and copy and paste the 'timetable_sql.sql' into the box they provide you with.

Thanks, though when I download it, extract it, theres no setup, just a load of files...

EDIT; Ive found an install file, but the files type isnt found, what should I use to open it?
