Sick of Thinkhabbo

Im kind of getting a bit sick now of people constantly shouting at me saying -

THINKHABBO THINKHABBO THINKHABBO TUNE IN NOW PLS

I have to say, it is kind of getting annoying, everywhere you look its being shouted by a load of people who only listen to it because they think like -

If i radio has 100 listeners it must be good! and they give out rares :O

This is just what i've heard, nothing factual, but they supposedly don't even pay out prizes? I know a few perfectly nice people that work on the site, dont get me wrong, there are some nice people associated with it.

yet i'm getting sick and tired of hearing that word constantly!

Can't we like get it bobba'd out?

Plus, it would be funny seeing loads of idiots shouting out bobba all day!

Anyway, please share your thoughts on the matter.

I see what people mean about thinkhabbo, because they get alot of listeners everyone loves them and wants to advertise them but tbh i much prefer smaller sites thats dont get as many listeners maybe 20-50 listeners.

Thought thinkhabbo rigged the users listening using some random number generator :s so really.. they hardly get any - that's why you see so many idiots advertising the stupid site - all i can say is.. i'm glad they are no longer official.

Problem is, ThinkHabbo's average listener is about 11/12, so they act incredibly immature and get excited about anything! So you can't help them, they can't help acting a bit like their age!

I work for HabboFM, and personally I get annoyed when people constantly advertise any radio, whether it is Think Habbo or not. I must say there used to be a time when we quite frankly hated each other, but that seems to have passed, and we seem to be getting on quite well.

If you get noobs who advertise constantly, remove them from console! I've only ever won a prize on Think Habbo once, and it never turned up :) I don't tune in much, but my best friend in real life works on there, so I always tune in for her shows :)

All I can say, HabboFM all the way :)

yes some djs do ask them to go advertise and soemtime flood but some dont , a few of the djs are ok but some are just idiots.

the only thing thinkhabbo did about it was to post a little message in there cutenews saying do not flood ,but as if anyones going to listen to that , they should tell the djs directly not tell people to advertise , in most peoples brains they think advertise means flood , so they should stop evening asking to invite your friends etc , back in the days of habboxlive and radiohabbo there was none of this flooding ' tune into this station ' there was a few exceptions but it wasnt all the time , this is getting out of control but it isnt as bad as it used to be

lol , yep its all now a war i rember ages ago when the new habboshed opened (cant remebr the new domain) the think habbo dj said to riad there party room and shout thinkhabbo owns all other radio station .

anyway nkay asked once on air for donations , why does he need donations , he has a storage full of spare thrones and supers etc:rolleyes:

I have written new dj rules, that state they must NOT ask for donations on air, if you do hear anyone asking for donations you can use the thinkhabbo contact form and report it.

Also I wasn't aware flooding was a problem, thinkhabbo dj's DO NOT tell other habbos to FLOOD habbo rooms. I know how annoying this is.

If thinkhabbo listeners wish to send out a mass msg on there habbo consoles then it is THEIR choice, I suggest if you are not happy with people advertising you don't add anyone to your habbo console.

Just from what nicci wrote is completely true. If you don't like it then remove them it is simple. Yes i dmit the flooding can get quite annoying after time. But it's not as bad as it used to be. It is like just another why of advertising the site. We don't force the listeners to do so, they choose out of their own consent. Just use the ignore button, i don't see the problem that is what it's there for :l. Also a quote on undesirable. Since when did you get such rubbish about rigging listeners. Ill give you a link to our shoutcasr actual link and yea keep refreshing and you will see we don't rig listeners like bobblefm were named and shamed with a few months ago. The only possible way to rig is change the number it says on the site but the link to the shoutcast doesn't lie. Compare it to the stats and it is completely true. I have to admit it isn't possible to get everyone to like your fansite and i hold my hands up a lot of people don't like thinkhabbo on this forum. This thread is completely useless, immature and down right stupid.

The ThinkHabbo users which flood rooms etc do not get themselves anywhere such as, do not win competitions as they are actually encouraged to not use flooding tools but to message there consoles and friends. If you find console advertisements annoying then why the hell do you have these people on your friends list in the first place? The simple thing before making annoying immature threads like this is to think of ways to avoid these ThinkHabbo supporters and because your obviously too dumb to think for yourself, heres a list.


If you see someone flooding thinkhabbo or advertising alot simply click ignore I'm sure you know where that is located?
People on your console are on there because of your own stupidity for adding them in the first place, if they annoy you simply remove them and if they continue to annoy you further either in public spaces rooms or by harrasing you just report as ThinkHabbo does not tolerate this behaviour.Another thing, ThinkHabbo have suceeded in getting listeners which really enjoy the entertainment they get given which many fansites still struggle to get, this jealously is the reason why so many people make annoying threads. You complain at ThinkHabbo for getting amazing listeners, you can pretend or try and convince yourself that these listeners are fake but by looking at the url posted beforehand by Dal its obvious they are actually real. Also if you think ThinkHabbo rig listeners, Then how comes the advertising by thinkhabbo listeners causes such a scene on habbo when other fansites do exactly the same thing? Well, thats because theres more listeners, more support and its also harder to contain such a large crowd meaning that thinkhabbo cannot control every single fan.

Another last fact, you badmouth thinkhabbo fans so much and you expect them to treat you with respect, If you treated them nicer you'd get the same treatment back yourself, bare that in mind.

In 5 minutes I had had 3 advertisers for Think Habbo in a room... they flood until the screen is filled up. It is very annoying... I'm not jealous of Think Habbo though... I don't DJ or listen to them. They need to ask their listeners not to flood. I think they only do it because of things like "100 listeners win rares"

EVERY FANSITE WHICH EXISTS has people messaging about it, so your basically saying you hate fansites in general including your own? :s At least thinkhabbo has got somewhere and turneed out to be a great site with a great layout, great content, great forum etc, the list is endless. :p

Your list isnt every single person most people LOVE thinkhabbo and find it a great site, just because your so important list dont think like that you cant say that everyone hates it and its getting unpopular as your so, totally, 100% wrong.

Flooding lags my computer, if people we're interested in ThinkHabbo they would probably already be listening. ThinkHabbo used to be really fun but now all they play is *****cat Dolls and Gnarls Barkley or other chavvy music. Can i just point something aout, thinkhabbo gets around 200 listners, about 50 at the most probablt flood dispite what the DJ's say, ok yes prizes are invovled, if you where a DJ wouldn't you want to get as many listners as possible,

I don't like ThinkHabbo. Not because of the flooders, I just don't. I don't really like any radio sites, normal habbo fansites with no radio. To be honest, it's not actually a 'radio' as such. It's a ShoutCAST Streaming Audio Server. Why it's called radio is beyond me. If I want to listen to music whilst on the computer I'll go to bbc.co.uk/radio1 galaxyfm.co.uk or key103.co.uk, not listen to some stupid high pitched child.

It's impossible to ignore when theres like 30 +. It's like, your sat in a room or public space talking to someone then they come and invade, it's really anooying.
