I have been thinking about this girl for ages and I finally have a chance to see her again.
The problem is I can't bring myself to do it.

You just need to get yourself more confident and just get on with it basically. At the end of the day, no-one can force you to go and see her so if you do like her enough, which you obviously do you simply need to take hold of your life and just get on with it.

Anyway your only planning on seeing her again, not asking her to marry you - so I wouldn't worry about it too much!

Think about it, you may aswell take this chance you've got, as it may be the only one you get so make the most of it! :]

If you like her dont blow off the opportunity of a friendship or relationship. She probarbly is just as scared as you are, and how would you feel if you liked someone and they didnt want to come back for a second date.
