Surly I am odd, has this ever happened before?

Sure, I’ve had the little puppy love
Hugs and pecks on the cheek as a child

I’ve started to feel

Emotions I cannot explain in words
I can only call it love
A simple, unconditional love
A love so strong I’d die for you
A love that means the world to me
A love that is so strong it hurts
It’s a brutal love
