It would help by changing your routine, of course it would. You dont say how old you are, and I know im not allowed to ask on here, so I wont. But seriously, 10/11 stone doesnt sound bad at all.

But if you are wanting to tone up a little, I would recommend varying your excersize rather than just doing sit ups every day, as you will soon bore of this. Go jogging, or go and play footie in the park, anything!

Good luck by the way, my thoughts are with you ;D

Never skip a meal. It just makes you worst instead of loosing your weight.

What he said.
If you want to lose weight/get healthy I suggest you keep breakfast in your diet.
Which reminds me...
*Runs off to make breakfast*

As Ymo and Herman the German said, you shouldn't skip meals. Have a light meal perhaps if you're not wanting to eat too much, but you'll need the energy from food or whatever muscle you have will just turn to fat.

A friend of mine is doing PE at A level next year, and has to go on a special super-healthy diet for it. He has a massive breakfast, smaller lunch and light dinner, which is supposedly the best thing to do. Myself, I couldn't last a day without lots of food, so I'm not dieting any time soon ^_^ If you want to though, I'd definitely suggest a small meal at least over no meal at all.

Breakfast is fine, in food there are calories too many calories = you get fat, if you have a big breakfast its ok, you can loose the calories throughout the day.
I suggest 3 meals a day, make sure theyre quite healthy, if your gonna snack
make it healthy, exercise often.
And too many situps is bad for you, if you do them everyday, every other day
is good to workout if your working on a certain section.

Depends on your height and age and all.
