Bench weights or use one of those bars that you pull out, can't remember what they're called. If your fat and stick to a good balanced excercise of parts around the body you should get quite muscular because you will burn the fat into musle

Too many sit ups,

Doing a few lengths of swimming everyday or whenever would be better because you use more of your body.

well if i ever want to lose a bit of weight i just cut out these:

Coke
Sugar
Caffine
Pasties
Processed Food <- YAK!
Smaller food portions (still have 3 meals a day but a smaller amount)

I just love Peppermint tea its lush!

I don't do any excersize but im healthy for my age
and my Body Mass Index is also correct for my height and weight so im on a steady weight

I wouldn't even bother planning a diet to be honest, Just don't eat rubbish and do a little bit of exercise when you want

You should be having breakfast if you're planning to lose weight/do lots of exercise.

She's right.

Breakfast gets your metabolism going for the day. Cutting down on eating isn't what dieting is about, its eating the right amount of the right foods. A lot of diets focus on 4-6 small meals per day rather than 3 as this also boosts the metabolism in burning calories/fat.

In my personal experience, I've found that to be a load of crap, because you get hungry quicker, because you build up an appetite.

I lost loads of weight by just being lazy. Which consists of being too lazy to cook/prepare a meal, and only eating when my mum cooked for me, so I hardly ate and I lost loads of weight :]

That'd be a good day for me.

Btw, eat breakfast and have a smaller lunch. Studies prove you are less likley to gain weight and it's a very important meal. (Energy)

Meh set yourself goals you can achieave without to much work, if you set your aims to high, you will struggle to meet them and wont be able to keep it up. Loads for a week is useless.
minimal for a few months is effective

Food tips
cut out stuff like chips and other fried food.
little things like using low fat margarine instead of butter can help
eat plenty fruit, if you want something sweet have like a fruit salad and yoghurt instead of chocolate or biscuits etc
eat a cereal like weetabix in the morning, helps with improving your daily fibre intake and gives you carbs. if you like sugar on it, have low calorie sweetner instead
a snack idea: ryvita and low fat philadelphia
when eating dairy foods, choose semi skimmed milk instead of full etc
when youre cooking meat, dont fry it. grill it or use a george foreman kinda thing. ;p
since its summer you would prob want to eat ice cream. try mixing fruit and yoghurt and freezing it. it tastes as good and its healthy.
if you get bored of eating just plain fruit, try making fresh smoothies instead

excercise tips:
walk or cycle as much as you possibly can.
dont take the lift, take the stairs
simple little things make a difference

dont bother going on a crash diet, you should try to change your lifestyle so that you are healthier for life. if you go on a crash diet as soon as youre finished youd go back to your normal habits anyway.

personally i try to eat healthily but it can be hard when everyone else wants a mcdonalds. i dont eat chips unless its in a situation where everyone else has gone somewhere like mcdonalds or kfc. but i can quite happily live without them. cutting out fried stuff really can help

ohhh
and drink LOTS of water
half the time when i think im hungry, i have a drink then realise i was actually thirsty.

good luck
