Im 12 (13 in March) and I weigh 11.5 stone.
I want to get down to 9-10 stone before I go back to school in November.
I was thinking of this:
2-4 apples a day
Lunch: Fish&Sweetcorn (Or a turkey sandwich)
Tea:Any healthy meal.
Snacks:Fruits, nuts and dried fruit such as raisins (Sp?)
I would also do 150-250 crunches a day.(75-125 In the morning and the same at night.)
I would use the excersize (Sp?) bike for 10mins and use 1.5kg dumbells on each arm,50 on biceps and 50 on triceps.I would also go for a 10minuite run/jog each day.
I might also get a paper round so I would cycle or run around even more.

You dont need to plan it out.
- Eat Less
- Eat Healthy
- Only eat 3 meals
- Exercise often to try burn calories from your meals off.
Hopethis helps and you loose weight.

Just as Many said. Just eat healthy and get plently of exercise.
Diets don't work in the long run - Once you get to your desired weight, the weight can pile back on.

2 apples per day isnt a lot... 4 could be a lil excessive though...
but then again... your supposed to have 5 pieces of fruit/veg per day so maybe...
anyway, back to the subject...

true, diets hardly ever work, once the desired weight has been reached, the person normally just goes back to eating exactly what made them overweight in the first place and they gain the weight back.

dont plan. just exercise more, even if its just walking. and eat more healthily in general. dungbells are mostly for toning up muscles rather than losing weight, cardiac exercises would give you more benifits, like biking (which you said you will be doing) and rowing machines.
the paper round sounds like a good idea, you would be getting paid for doing something you would be doing anyway. so yeah, go for that.
BTW, do you play many sports? if not, then you should start, football is good for losing weight as you need to do a lot of running. but you sound more like the rugby type of person, which is also a good idea.
hope this helps.

Nuts are NOT bad for you they contain essential fatty acids that are needed in a healthy diet. This isnt saturated fat so it wont colg your ateries like fat from a burger.
Just have a balanced healthy diet, with enough protien and fruit+veg.
Also exercise in one go a 30 minute light jog burns more calories then 3x10 minute lots.
.sweet-ness.
