Fishing Coloney?

Look on the map and you should see it :P Near the gnome place, have you done swan song as you need to have completed that quest to get in there.

You could get there... you just need to do One Small Favour and Garden of Tranquility, and you need 100 quest points.... and you have to have started Swan Song. So no killing strong monsters? But quite a few quests cointain monsters... just try and do easy quests to get 100 quest points.
