Need Uploader

I bought :blob's uploader and I am having trouble with it. He hasn't been on in ages to help me. Since I spent heaps of money buying it I need someone to give me a free uploader script. I needs to have a simple member system were users can view files uploaded and it needs to br able to limit he file size and the extensions.

You can create one easily with PHP, Just use sessions and cookies()
