We were traıned wıth MOD-Flaxy on two seperate occasıons where we were gıven breıf traınıng on technıcal ıssues such as onlıne vırus protectıon sıtes (Bulldog.com/3month) (http://www.bulldog.com/3month) and how to avoıd KeyLoggers ETC. Though I can understand why Habbo UK needs the extra help, just not why a seperate team of basıcally ´HabboXs´ wıth a dıfferent tıtle are needed. What gets to me ıs the fact that Easo, one SafetyX, thınks that he ıs the new breed of Hobba (QUOTE: "Just thınk of us Safety X´s as the hotels securıty guards") a) your not securıty guards, Moderators do that job. And b) you don´t have Moderatıng tools, nor wıll any Habbo/Safety X ın the future (Hence the debadgment of Hobbas ın 2005.). Safety X´s are mearly Habbo X´s whıch gıve safety advıce specıfıcally, rather than general overall advıce whıch Habbo X´s do. Also I agree wıth Stabs remark that Easo proves that he ıs all about the badge. Faır enough, once you become an X, you want to let everyone know your one, buyt not to the fact that ıt becomes showıng off. I thınk that some thınk beıng a Habbo X or Safety X ıs a walk ın the park, when ıt really ısnt. Plus the fact, the positions for Safety X were given away almost like a competition in my opinion, e.g. Having to give the best safety tip was like a competition.

This will eventually be the same as Habbo X's and eventually will be put into all hotels i personally think :) TBH i dont show of my badge unless i'm on duty eg only in public rooms. Unless for some strange reason i leave it on xD Nice post tho Aviator they are VERY similar but these new Safety X's are basically the 'Tech team' of Habbo. Lıke I saıd, Im not arguıng wıth the fact that HX´s and SX´s show theır badges ETC, Its the arrogance and attıtude whıch some carry. When I was a HabboX, not once durıng the 6 monhts I weas one, dıd I beleıve I was arrogant. and If I would have been, I would have probably stıll been ın the team. Thats all. though credıt gıven where credıt ıs due, the HabboX team par from a few are a great selectıon of people, and have proved to be down to earth and capable of beıng great frıends. Lets just hope the new batch understand the badge ısnt everythıng, all ıt does ıs ıdentıfy them from others.

But i do think its good to get more helpers in. yes habbo x's can answer some Tech questions but i belive that with the addition of the new role habbo x's can pass there habbo over to someone who is more advanced and REALLY knows what they are talking about.

As I've said, there will always be the kippers amongst the tuna fish. (ie. People who's intentions are good, and those that aren't). But, the majority of the teams from what I see, which is from the outside looking in, are very well respected and experienced individuals from the community.

I don't particularly understand why there are these two divisions - Habbo X, and Safety X - because at the end of the day, the roles are very similar and can just as well be performed by members of both teams.

It looks as though they are accomedating the loss of the Hobba scheme by having multiple divisions of X.

Sorry I've been thinking about this again, Why the hell is there a safety team? I am a member of the Official Tech Team and how often have I been asked questions about Habbo Safety? Absolutely zero.

I also ran a scheme on my fan site letting habbo's ask any sort of questions on www.HabboRemix.net (http://www.HabboRemix.net).. Out of around 800 questions recieved none was about safety or PC queries.

I doubt very much a Habbo will go up to one of them and ask about Keyloggers or safety, this is a wasted position for Sulake to give habbo's a vision for something to aim for, in order to keep them addicted to Habbo..

The Habbo X and Safety X is simply a marketting ploy for power obsessed habbo's. The ones who do want to help, probably won't as they won't be asked questions.

i agree with exaclty what jut-one siad , most people think sulake are a group of people happly working on computers all day and night heling habbos , well as sulake are a company they will need money , for money they need plans , they probaly couldnt think of a new idea so they thougth lets bring back an old one , eg the hobba team , most people were like om i want to be a hobba, i m goign to stay on habb ofr six months and buy loads of credits and log in everyday in out so i match the criteria , As the safety X team has a lower criteria more people have a chance of getting through .

also they are called safety Xs , so that means they need to know alot about safety , wont it best to get users who have been playing for a long time as they will be more wiser? also i dont see why they wanted floyd to reccomend people from the tech team as tech and safety are complety differnt things, yes there is a safety side to your computer, but why not just give all the tech team members a badge ?

Totally understand that, however answer this.. how many Safety questions have you been asked in total? And then tell me whether the Safety X's are worthwhile..

Because they only have limited positions which means they couldn't let a mixture of Habbo's attempt to apply or be automatically accepted when their knowledge on Safety is sod all.. *resists from naming names*

Plus also they wouldn't want to accept someone like me for obvious reasons.. they wouldn't want me teaching Habbo's safety, they'd more want my advice. :P

End of the day, those saying they didn't do it for the badge are speaking a complete and utter load of cobblers.. if these X's are golden habbo's who help all the time, then why did they apply for *A BADGE* and not continue helping? I find it so funny "I DIDNT APPLY FOR DA BADGE!?" why did you apply then?

Oh and Sulake don't care if it's done corruptly, or if badges are given to people who just want the power.. end of the day X's are nothing to Sulake they are just customers, and a lovely Marketing ploy to keep Habbo's aiming for something after the loss of Hobba's.
