Police have been looking into Friday's twist after they found out it was possible for Nikki to return to the BB house. However, Nikki has signed a contract with E4 for a new show, so she is now classified as a employee. Employees of E4 can't take part in BB.
She'll still probably be able to get in though.

It was on Five radio. And in the contract for C4 or something it says:
To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom.
****Employees of Channel 4 or any company involved in the Competition or, if relevant, production of a television programme to which a Competition relates, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Channel 4 or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition.*****Channel 4 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific Competition, e.g. a valid passport, visas and/or driver's licence will be required if the Competition prize includes travel outside the United Kingdom and/or car hire
By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
Channel 4 assumes that by using its site and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) either you have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Rules (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) or your parents have consented to your entry of the Competition and use of these Rules.
Channel 4 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Channel 4 in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
On a side note. Sam is number 1 on the aol poll with 86100 people voting for her and with 31% Wooness.

Well if they can't let her in because of it , there will be a lot of complaints , people have spent money voting her back in :[

If that was true they wouldn't put her phone line up.
Plus she isn't an employee she just has a show on that channel

That counts as being an employee. She has a contract with E4.

Lol. that made sense. She has a show on that channel therefore being an employee of channel 4 if she has signed a contract then she is an employee and shouldn't be eligable to be a housemate anymore..

What about the people that voted her out.. That's a waste of money atleast the money lost in this if she isnt eligable is going to charity. And people selfish enough to complain about there money going to charity don't desearve the money back..

It's been 2 week's since it was annoce dout it would take that long...
And even if it isn't finalised and they decided to put the contrat on 'hold' shows it's just a ploy to get Nikki in..

Its just because YOU want Sam back in!! Only Joking :D
If she wasn't allowed because of these reason, surley she would of joined Bonnie and Sezer (Not being allowed in for legal reason) Perhaps she hasn't signed a contract yet, and put it on hold incase Nikki goes in.
