Can someone help me and tell me how to disable HTML and what code to edit etc, and how to make it so all form fields are required, how to make it so only one message can be sent from one user every 15 minutes, how to make certain words be disabled in the 'name' box, and thats it!

You will get owned by a hacker if you use this script because there is no security in this script.

Someone can easy run the javascript/html codes using the forms. Just look at it. It's already broken. It just need a cracker to crack the server and get access to your or many other websites hosted by your host.

I would suggest you to use another script or wait until I update the same script with more security.

I am trying to make it secure by disabling HTML etc, it will work don't worry.
