Need an Habbo Template making.

Well me and my mate are making a habbo fansite and we need a very good template which is habboish and needs to be coded.

Jonster - will pay for the template if we going to take it.

OTHER: Can you change the Latest News to Latest Events.
WEBSITE NAME: Can you change the 'Fansite.com' to 'HabbGate.com'
INSIDE THE BOXES: The colour inside the boxes can it be change to a sort of Orange colour. Simular to the Tabs.
BACKGROUND: Can the background be the current Habbo one on Habbhotel.co.uk.
