View Full Version : Need Help On Design of a layout.
Hey im currently Desiging a template for doinghabbo.com and i just wanted to see two things:
A) Views so far
B) What i should have as the background of the content , nav and radio :D
So yeah could you tell me what you think and what i should have as the background of the content, not the actual site background because ill be adding that later :eusa_danc

Hmm
Looks abit small but if you going to code it in using divs its ok. The habbo forest bit you have added looks abit o.t.t.
Erm. Is doinghabbo a habbo se'x website ???? [Sounds like it]

I agree with adam the content box is a bit small and there is too much grassy stuff bt its nice :)
Yes, i think this whole forum has established the name and ive said it 32 times, it was intended to sound like raping habbo. But back on subject, it will be stretchable :D
And you talking about the forest bit at the bottom? Cause i know that sucks i was just playing around, pretend thats not there. But what background should i put?

Why dont you use a habboy image :)
Perhaps o.o It was a light yellow colour, no where near green :P
What sort of habboy image would fit in and still be easy on the eyes to read the text?

I like it 8/10.
Thanks for the views, Urm yeah it is a bit smallish =[ I might just scrap it and start it again but with the same design sort of thing, or would it look allright if i centered it on a page and had the content box iframed?
And ill check on the alignments o.o

I think you should finish it and code it in div's so that it expands down the way then it wont be too small

I think it would look good if you had something like this going across the top of the site. [Ano the background for it looks o.t.t]

Yeah thats Kool :)
That looks good, i might do the banner over the pines
Before i start making the actual one, can anyone give me example of how big i should do it in pixels?
E.g 1000 x 600 (not actually but just random)
So yeah, thanks :D
ADAM:

I do most of mine 800 x 600. If you dont have enough space make it bigger but i think its big enough.
Oh i can work in the smallest of spaces :D
But yeah, ill use 800 x 600 Now thanks <3

To be safe for most resolutions (90% of the them infact)
Use around 750xN
Substitute N with a desired height in pixels (usally about 600px)
