Ok, ive just made my new football forum. I Can do it, but i cba! Anyway i want someone to make all the forums. Guests can read not do anything else, admins can do all stuff, members can start, read, reply, upload in ones they should only be allowed to use.

If you mean what host do i use, its a invision free. I always use that, if it gets pop, ill upgrade.

Yes, the skin is done and so are the pips and graphics. All that needs doing is the forums.... :)
