what can i do to make this layout better:

i know i got to add user login add more colour but i want to be able to do it using css and some images.

Remove the Iframe and use a PHP include and PHP nav. It will looks so much better :)

lol its pretty good for me to make using css and i got another one coming anyway that is better

a ie what its coded to work in both ie and firefox?
