When you use the Habbo Help Tool you get an automated response with a load of poo in it. aye?

Well, for the first time, today I noticed at the bottom it says "if this email doesn't answer your question, please reply directly to this email". I've never bothered reading that far into the email before, so I suppose that's why I haven't received a reply...
