I have reason to believe a website that you host has stolen work from my portfolio, and claimed it as there own. And also has illegally paid me from a paypal account that doesn't belong to him. I have all the evidence you need to close down his website. The main website is www.mile-city.com/forum but it is hosted by the same person. Who is hosted by you. The website is www.smart-hosting.com.

I sent that email to www.rapid-host.com ( who hosts smart-hosting )

They have paid me through paypal, and then reversed the transaction after they recieved the 7 hour long piece of pixel art I did for them. And then he even paid for it on someone else's account.

The next day, he emailed me about having some more stuff made for him, and I asked him why he reversed my paypal ect. Then he got really worried that he'd been caught, and blocked me.

So I sent him a few emails saying i'd report him to paypal ( which I will )
And also get his website host to close down his website. ( which I need to do )

I just need to know, who should I contact to close the website down. And are my reasons good enough to close it down? Im so annoyed :(

To get there website shut down you would need to contact there hosts like you have done, I think it's really sad and I hope you get the payment you deserve.

Sorry to here that mate.

Anyway his vbulletin is fake, great game he has.

If you have a Vbulletin. Goto 'Install' And Open 'authenticate.php'

Now if you go down to line 25 [anywhere around there] you should see your customer number to install the forum.

$vbulletin->input->clean_array_gpc('p', array(
'customerid' => TYPE_STR,
'redirect' => TYPE_STR,
));

if (strtoupper($vbulletin->GPC['customerid']) == CUSTOMER_NUMBER)

he has changed his customer number to nothing so when the customer number box comes up he clicks enter.

Now if you look at mine [I have removed some bits for my own safty :)]

I don't see why everybody is so obsessed with vBulletin. phpBB is great. Especially with a nice theme and SOME mods. :)

Use Olimpus aka phpbb 3, Its alot like ipb 1.x although most likly slightly more powerful, massive improvements to the user systems and skinning systems.
