.. of getting picked a moderator in Applcations if you've been fired.

for example. would people previosly who got fired have less of a chance getting picked with ones that havn't.

i'm aware i'm allowed to apply and have a chance of becommning a moderator again, so i'm told by Ash that is. like you can become staff again if you've been fired for over a month.

in otherwords. Would people who havn't been fired, get a better chance of being picked out of ones who have, or is it an equal oppatutinty. :s

Well, one could say you have had experience of being a moderator, and that could boost the opportunity, but on the other hand, if you got fired, that could decrease the opportunity of being picked. It's kind of equal. Apply anyway, you never know. ;)

I would agree with wayne, the fact you got fired must mean that you did something wrong, however, you would have experience so they kind of balance out. If apps are open I might try. (as if I would get picked)

Yes, but i got fired for a rather stupid reason. just for telling an 'Admin i don't want to speak to them again. :s!

i'd have no chance of getting the job back again :p only because the last time i became one i got reffered by Kyle (!xx!Kyle!xx!) when he was an smod, then got picked by Anitar after interviews xP

It depends if you post a thread asking, because everyone gets reminded that you were fired - which would lower your chances.

If people don't realise you were once fired, your chances are normal.
