PS3 prices for North America Releced!!

As the title says, on www.sony.com sony has releced the north american prices for the PS3.

The prices are
$499 for the 20gig system
$599 for the 60 gig system

263.981 pounds for 20gig
316.883 pounds for the 60gig

Yeh thats about right.

So your saving about 50 - 100 pounds by ordering from the states less shipping and customs and all..

Still a good deal.
I imagine futureshop will have it like 25 pounds more with a game.

Yeah, I'm going to compare prices when they come out in the UK :) The only downsides of getting it from America would be it wouldnt be on PAL, it would be on NTSC

The price and release date were mentioned at E3 a couple of months ago, and a thread was made about it at the time.

Maybe it's the confirmation they released.
