Usually we send you a message saying Ignore. If it's a repeated Ignore we will just carry on Ignoreing you. In some extreme instances if you Insult a Member of Staff, Habbos will be permanently banned.

Exactly - but how do you prove it?

Both get banned; one because they are asking for personal information, the second because they are underage and giving out personal information. How on Earth do you identify underage Habbos? I mean, we have Habbo "babies", but that's as close as you get. -.-
