Since the new rule came out, if can only multiple post for informative reasons, does this mean I can get 1 of my infractions removed due to double posting and posting usefull information?

No, previous infractions will stay.

Just the same as if a new rule came in prohibiting something, old rulebreaks would be left and only new ones dealt with.
