More player support?

I was recently browsing Habbo.co.uk and finding that a new player support staff is added to the meet the staff list. She is called:

0rca
0rca works In player support. She loves Killer Whales and her favourite film is 'Free Willy'. When not watching that she is answering emails.

Anyway, the amount of Player Support Habbo have at the moment is amazing! At least emails are now being answered more often...

She isn't new. She changed my name about a year back. Ill try to find the email but I dont know if I will. Trust me, shes not new news.
