The Search Rankings are quite an important part in a domains value, seeing as the traffic and repution a domain may have is where most of its value comes from.
It should also be noted the value is soley based on the domain name, not the site that comes with it. The tool is also only an estimated value
"Due to the complexity of domain names, it is always recommended that you seek a professional appraisal service for more accuracy. Unfortunately, these services cost money. Our system does a SIMPLE analysis of the domain name for an estimated value. This value is in no way guaranteed, and is provided purely for quick reference informational purposes. Well, its probably a bit of an overestimate realy, Seeing as its JUST for the domain. Your domain has no reputation, it doesnt get many hits, its not well indexed, hence has a low value.
