I found this workout in a magazine, and it seems good and I thought I'd show you all.
Morning - 20 situps to start lightly
Afternoon - 30 situps
Evening - 50 situps

And have about a 1 mile jog every morning (If you dont want everyone to see you going out for a jog, leave at 6am at the latest)

I did my situps yesterday and went for a jog this morning :) It's pretty fun.

It seems okay, but I would say after a month or so, I would increase the number of them etc, say go upto 40 in the morning, 60 in the afternoon, 80 at night maybe. It's good as long as you stick to it. ;) Nice routine.

yeah, increasing the number you do is a good idea :)

Yes, makes the routine more challenging, and more harder. ;)

Thats what i'm doing atm. Get up at 6, go for a run around my block then do some sit ups, press ups and dum-bells.

Sounds good but i'd work in squats and push ups for a more toning work out.
Dont forget to strech and warm up, then warm done afterwards. Also make sure you keep the fluids up!

Yeh, it's good to start off with something light then build it up gradually and before you know it, you'll be doing double the amount you started on! ;P

Lol why would you care about being seen or anything? I think you should be quite proud of yourself that your getting up early etc. and actually making an effort to keep fit, not try and shy away and hide!

Some people are. For example if I go out running or jogging then I have to run from people who dislike the clothes I wear.

I would say build it up from a light regime but don't do more than you can handle as that can indeed be bad for you, also you could help by watching what you eat and you can get gym memberships cheap now.

Fair enough - to each his own. ;]

I do understand to an extent, that a lot of people may get bother and stuff if they go jogging at half past 8 at night by their local park or something, and will most likely get attacked by chavs or something like that! ;P

I think it's good to get up early for a jog etc. anyway. I feel you sort of benefit from it a wee bit extra, as it wakes you up and gets you ready and healthily prepared for your day ahead.

Indeed. People who have done all-nighters on MSN usually use the :o sign when at 5:15am I say 'I'm taking the dog out for a hour bye' and that is why.

Plus I find it easier as there are no people about.

basic sit ups aren't enough, you need to do various other types of sit ups to keep a balanced toned, healthy body.
