New MOD?

I just saw MOD-Zippy in the Welcome Lounge. I've never heard of him before so he must be quite new. Here's a screenie :)

EDIT: He's not that new, apparently he became a MOD at the start of this month

it happen's like every 0.5 hour.
everytime i go to the welcome lounge i see the door blocked at least once.
