Which is the most famous?
Personally I don't see any ex-housemates except one. Brian dowling, the winner of BBUK2.
So technically I would have to say he's the most famous.
I'm sure showing your 'assests' off doesn't make you famous.

Nikki is starting up a Channel Four show after BB finishes (which is why they did the thing with getting some people back in the house, they knew she'd go back in) so she'll probably get a bit of fame for that. Most likely just as one of those people that you say "Oh, do you remember such-and-such?" about though.

They are a couple of other famous ex-housemates, but like Kate Lawler.. I don't hear of see much of her tbh. Jade Goody has an autobiography (which is well good) she's had a series of Jade's Salon and a series on Just Jade on livingtv, she's got a perfume out etc.
