Its OK, but its not a hsoting layout. Hosting layouts are clean, and thats too busy

Uh, no
some are clean some are tech. They aren't all suppoce to be clean.
just some examples.

look at hosting templates on templatemonster
etc..

Razor Hosting's layout is very clean. Its simple and effective.

http://www.danmb-hosting.com/ is still clean. Its may be techy but its still clean. The colours go, and nothing is overpwering, and has nice proportions. Yours is big and bulky

Yes it is. Its neat, tidy, and isnt Red, Green etc is it? Its clean. Tech is mostly clean. Your layouts arnt clean. Ive seen some that have huge green and red navigation. That isnt tech or clean, yet you say they are :S

I agree, it's not clean, and it doesn't look like a hosting layouts. Either of the two you posted in the other thread don't look like hosting layouts either.
I gotta admit, i'm not a big fan of DanMB's hosting layout and not sure whether that's classed as clean or not, but your's is not.
7/10, if you altered it a bit, it would be great for a clan site.
