I was in GameStation (Woot!) A few days ago reading this Xbox 360 mag saying they were going to realse
A Halo 3 :D
Sounds pretty good
Anyone else heard about this?

Yup, microsoft are wanting to release it on the 16th of november (Day before PS3) while the company who developed it say it'll be released in 2007 :s

I've never played any halo games though so i don't know why they are that special lol.

And yes, Halo 3 will be huge! - It will be the best game on the xbox 360 for a long time. And the decision to release the day before the PS3 is a tactical one, to put people off ;)

Halo is the worst series ever to hit our gaming screens. I'm sorry to any Halo fans but this is my opinion. I don't see the big hype about Halo. I've played it at a mates and the gameplay is just like any other game, the story mode is just like Star Wars.

Halo 3 was announced very early this year about late January/ early February and it was going to be released a day before the PS3 launch which then, was around E3 in 2007.

This is old news and there probably is already a thread on this.

How the hell can you find online boring!? I have a 360, and 4 other games, yet I prefer to play Halo 2 over other great games like GR:AW and CoD 2

Do the math, if halo 2 outsold the PS2... well then the xbox outsold the PS2.

Not true.
Halo outsold the PS2 on it's first day.
PS2 would have about 2 times as many consoles than Halo2.

Please research.

u just said that halo outsold ps2 on the first day......thats my point, u need a xbox to play halo on so, there must be as many xbox's as ther are copies of halo......therefore there are more xbox's than ps2's.......

I would have to agree but I would be GR:AW and CoD 2 a hell of a lot more xD Halo 2 online is awesome, better than many games, but you shouldn't compared it to CoD 2, GR:AW or even Battlefield 2 ;)

But this Halo 3, I think will be a waste of money, I loved Halo and Halo 2 but how much more can Bungie do? They can't make the same storyline again, Halo and Halo 2 were exactly the same story just different places and bosses to fight, Halo 3 will be exactly the same but different levels and bosses, and obviously ending were Arbiter is supposed to die
