• Let people say what kind of bands they like and them find new music.
Say like, i went on your site and picked out Coldplay, and The Kooks, the site would search and come up with some band related to that band like The Feeling or Oasis.

• People give you some lyrics to a song they don't know, and then you e-mail them the song and artist.

This is a old site i remember..

People contact in, and name a song. They give you a line of the song which they thoughr it was and underneath what it actually is. E.g.
