If a moderator warns a staff, the staff might get angry and abuse their powers so instead we contact either; sierk, 8freak8 or Seacat and they deal with it
If a staff guy/girl breaks the rule. I send link in a PM to Baving he then adds the infractions :)

Our punnishment could mean our jobs. So thats why we don't get infractions. But they're noted and passed on to our superiors.

As a moderator, I am (and the rest of the mods) are not allowed to edit a staff members post or add an infraction due to the reasons said above.
Mr. Freak himself or Baving take out the whip and sort the naughty staff member out ;).
