Yeah.
I got a cold/flu thing latley and if i stand up for like 2 mins my knees start killing me.
Hurts so bad i have to sit down, and sometimes even when i do, it still hurts.
Im like 97% better but the pain is worse.
If it doesnt go away with a week, im considering some knee braces or something.
If anyone else has had this, please post some tips for the pain to go away.
And what shall i do if the pain continues?

I think I have heard about this, it is like a weird version of the flu which effects the joints. Although it seems this only effects your knees... Where any other joints in your body stiff?
And have you been to see a doctor or gone to hospital about this? Because getting braces by yourself might be a wasted effort.

Bird Flu!!!
Its probarbly just the flu thats doing it, often it makes your joints stiff and gives you muscle aches. Sounds like you got a bad case.
Dont get braces/ stapping unless you really need them been there, done that. Try some light streching or swimming low inpact exercise is the key to making those joints moblie.
Some deep heat rub might help in taking the pain away as will massage
Goodluck
I had a flu thing, and felt really weak, my neck was hurting, it goes in time, just rest up.. thats all you can do..

I was searching around to see if i could find out what it is and all it came up with was to exercise like foxyfox00 says only things low impact & you might ask a friend or a parent ever so innocently to maybe rub your knee's for you while you lie down & of course i would reccomend you go see a doctor about the pain if you havent do so already they can give you something that will or should make the pain go quicker than anything i can suggest to you.
hope you feel better please post back with how your doing as soon as you can :)
