Making a pop up

hey how do i make a popup.

If you mean your site to open in a popup then here you go....


Javascript. Firstly, you find the link to the page you want, and then add:
<a href=""javascript:location='index.html';window.open('main .html','charachters','height=400,width=550,scrollb ars=no')">
instead of the normal <a href="page.html"> tag. The red text indicated things you can change. For example, index.html is your starting page (the page the link is located at). main.html is the page which you want to open in the popup. The height, width and scrollbars speak for themselves.

They are where ifyou go on to someones site they will automaticlly come up without you requesting them :@

you can get useful pop ups wich are requested, aka u clik a link and its makes a pop up appear with the relivent information. althogh mots pop ups are usely ad's wich get annoying, but as i dont use mcheep IE anymore all he other browsers have pop up blaockers so it had no effect :D
