Buying layout

buying a layout for a sort of blog site. My bro is a great graphics designer but hopeless at templates.

He is making a site to show off his graphics, so anyone want to make a the template :)

He likes checkered stuff, mainly black and white stuff like splattered paint (black bg white paint) so thats the sort of images he likes. It needs to be about 800x600?

I can only pay in habbo but paying between 8-12HC
