well, I think it's a good START to a Rainbow room ;)
Replace TV's with occasional tables?
and of course some coloured plasto :p
Maybe sort out some of the posters?
they're quite bunched in places.

I think its ok. Maybe a differnt kind of room would suit the flags better? and may be u cud have a vip area using lodge corners? 7/10

I think that maybe you should try using a different room layout, that way you may be able to get some symmetricality of the chairs, and I don't think those posters are tidied properly, try them all on the same level :P
